Granitic soils, on the river banks of the Maule River, no irrigation, rootstock, head/goblet trellis system. Manual crushing with a “Zaranda de Coligüe” (Bed of bamboo sticks) , both grapes are crushed together in open-fermented with native yeast, manual punch-downs, 10-15 days. No press, only first juice. 12 months in refurbished Chilean Rauli Foudres, manual bottling, no filtration, only first juice.
