Domaine Nico was born from my obsession with Burgundy Pinot Noir. When I realized we could make Pinot Noir with classic floral aromas, minerality, and elegance, we began studying the flavors of high-altitude Pinot Noir from Mendoza. The wines that came surprised me with their elegance.

Winemaker Roy Urvieta selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir parcels from Tupungato to make the sparkling blend for the Domaine Nico Brut Rosé. The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks following the “metodo Italiano” to achieve the greatest freshness on the palate.
