The wines are made with Native Yeast, they are foot stomped, and they are aged and bottled without any added sulfites. Some are aged in barrel or Vitrified Clay Eggs, others are beautifully aged in Terra Cota Amphoras. They are Pure. They are Alive. They are Fresh.
This Riesling was hand-harvested very early in the morning and gently pressed by foot. Skin maceration for 4 days with multiple punch downs daily. Then pressed and aged in California Clay Amphorae (Novums) for 9 months. Racked and bottled during descending moons. This wine may contain sediment as it is ALIVE. A gentle decant is suggested but not required. Ingredients: Grapes.
Aroma of orange blossom and dried fruit. Gives a nice punch to the palate with textured balanced acidity. Citrus and lime notes upfront with lingering dried ginger, spice, and orange peel.
